Exposure (eng. Exposure)
This is the presence of people, property, systems, or other elements in a hazardous zone. Exposure defines what and how much can be affected. It is a spatial component that can be depicted on a map. For example, a city built at the foot of an active volcano has a high exposure. The more people and critical infrastructure (hospitals, power plants) are in the hazard zone, the greater the exposure.

Poveikis (angl. Exposure)
