Mentoring — next-generation tutors

Not a traditional tutor — a human connection that helps the student move forward.
Edukamentas already provides the material and practice for the student. The mentor plays a different role — not re-teaching, but keeping motivation high, helping plan study time, explaining the hardest questions, and helping assess knowledge level. Far more than homework checking.
What does a mentor do?
- Supports student motivation and grows with them throughout the school year.
- Helps plan study time and prepares for tests and exams.
- Answers the hardest subject questions when the student needs them.
- Assesses knowledge level and shapes a personal growth plan together.
- Inspires productivity — not controlling, but guiding in the right direction.
Who fits this role?
- Current or former teachers with real classroom experience.
- People who can connect with teenagers and inspire them, not just "re-tell".
- Independent, reliable, responsible — 1:1 sessions require trust.
- With clear subject expertise and a pedagogical foundation.
What we offer
- A platform with reachable students — no client hunting required.
- Flexible schedule — arrange hours directly with the student.
- Honorarium at an agreed hourly rate, with growth as portfolio expands.
- Team support and a content base you can lean on during sessions.
How to join?
Send your CV, a short motivation letter, and (if you have one) a link to your profile on "Edukamentas" or "Corepetitus" platforms.

Content editors and reviewers
Paid by result · 40–100 € / 4 lessons
The education community today faces many challenges, one of the biggest being the decline in attention and motivation among students. Accustomed to fast, colourful, dynamic content online, modern students struggle to stay attentive in class, and traditional textbooks lose effectiveness.
Edukamentas is a digital learning tool designed for grade 9–12 students and teachers. Our goal is to help the younger generation find learning methods that work for them and build sustainable study habits.
Compensation
Paid on delivery. Reviewing and editing 4 lessons pays 40–100 EUR depending on workload. Monthly average works out to ~300–750 EUR. Work is cumulated and paid monthly or quarterly.
Content creation process
-
1
We prepare an initial draft
Using our own proprietary system based on deep learning methods, we automatically prepare a draft of the learning material aligned to the national curriculum, didactic rules and sources. This draft is what you receive to review.
-
2
Our team pre-reviews the draft
The Edukamentas team removes obvious technical, factual, and structural issues before the draft reaches you.
-
3
Final review — by you, the subject expert
You review the learning material. You edit, enrich, and ensure final correctness, precision, and quality.
Scope of work
- Review lesson texts, exercises, answers and explanations.
- Edit content: fix factual errors and wording.
- Flag methodological inconsistencies (curriculum, assessment logic, fairness of tasks).
- Maintain consistency across lessons and topics.
- Mark what does not hold up methodologically (logic, terminology, task difficulty, ambiguities).
- When needed — find suitable visuals for a topic.
- Share insights about systemic errors or problems.
How work is organized
Work happens in sprints — workload can be managed throughout the year. We expect you can review at least 4 lessons per session, or commit to 1:1 consultations for a defined period (e.g. 8 weeks forward). You decide your working hours.
Contract type
We do not sign employment contracts.
Available formats: service agreement under individual activity, payment to a natural person, or author agreement. Full-time employment is not offered. Please note: starting 2026-01-01 Lithuania's tax system is changing — depending on your total yearly income, when you file your personal income you may fall into a higher GPM bracket and owe additional tax. We recommend consulting your accountant about your specific situation.
Authorship and confidentiality
Your corrections and texts become part of our product — we receive economic rights to integrate them into Edukamentas. Authorship stays with you.
We keep internal documents and student data private. Any student information we handle is anonymised per GDPR.
How compensation grows
We review rates yearly or when the product hits new milestones. The longer you work with us — the better the terms.
How we start
- We start with a trial batch — e.g., 4 lessons — so both sides can see how the process feels.
- If it clicks, we sign a long-term service agreement.

What you should know about us
We are a digital-education startup building a next-generation self-learning tool for students. We have been building Edukamentas for nearly a year and are now entering the content review and quality-assurance stage. Our platform hosts hundreds of lessons across many subjects, prepared according to the latest national curricula. We are growing and invite pedagogy and subject-area students who want to apply their academic knowledge in a real content-creation process.
What will your internship look like?
- Examine the subject content matching your field of study, assess its alignment with the latest curricula and state-exam specifications.
- Ensure the content is clear and understandable; refine wording.
- Record factual errors and content gaps; suggest additions and improvements.
- Find supplementary videos, visuals and texts to enrich the content.
Who we are looking for
- You are a student of pedagogy, psychology, or a subject area matching our curriculum.
- You are motivated to work with high-school content in your field.
- You are interested in learning methodologies and always search for more effective ways to hold attention and stay motivated.
- You can argue and synthesize new information, and also analyze and adapt information against requirements and templates.
- We really hope you are diligent and approach every task with a sincere desire to achieve a good result.
- Finally, we dream of candidates who can plan their own time effectively.
What we offer you
Real practical experience
Having done several internships ourselves, we know how often interns end up doing boring tasks unrelated to their field. In this internship you will truly work only with content and learning methods — no coffee runs, no warehouse duties, no handling the CEO inbox, and no TikTok filming (unless you really want to).
Tangible results
The content you work on will appear on both our web platform and the mobile app we are currently building. You can proudly add these results to your CV.
A reference and certificate
We issue an internship certificate and a recommendation; if needed, we coordinate credit recognition with your faculty.
How to apply
Send your CV to [email protected] and include 2–5 sentences about your field of study and why you are interested in this opportunity.
We work with universities — we can sign tripartite internship agreements.
