What your internship will look like

You will create short- and long-form video content for Edukamentas channels, from scripts and filming to editing and publishing. The work will go to public channels, so you can build your portfolio from the first projects.

You will help Edukamentas expand cooperation with schools, education associations, and organizations. This is a communication, contact management, and partnership-building internship where organized information work and respectful communication matter.

What you will do

• Run contact campaigns by communicating with schools and education organizations by email and phone.
• Build and maintain a contact database, track replies, and collect feedback.
• Help organize presentations for schools and teacher communities.
• Coordinate team sprints and task progress.
• Learn the basics of contact management and B2B sales through practice.

You will learn to collect, organize, and digitize data for the Edukamentas content system. The internship covers data cleaning, automation, and AI tools in a working product. Specific tasks will be matched to your preparation and field.

What you will do

• Work with data cleaning, structuring, and import into the platform.
• Use AI tools for content processing and automation.
• Create automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
• Get to know the internal structure of a working product.

Who should apply

• You study computer science, data science, engineering, or IT.
• You have basic programming knowledge, such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.

• You can work independently with clear technical tasks.
• You want to understand how a digital product works from the inside.

Have an idea in education or content? We can provide mentoring, a test environment, and agreed support from the Edukamentas team. If the idea starts generating revenue, revenue sharing and further cooperation are agreed separately.

You will write blog posts and educational content that helps students find Edukamentas through search. You will work with topic planning, editing, and text structure, and from the first publication you will see how your writing performs.

What you will do

• Create search-focused blog posts in Lithuanian according to the content calendar.
• Learn keyword research, content structuring, and search optimization.
• Work with editorial strategy and the content plan together with the marketing team.
• Edit and improve existing texts, raising quality rather than only creating new content.
• Track your text performance: search positions, traffic, and reader actions.

Who should apply

• You study journalism, communication, philology, marketing, or humanities.
• You write excellent Lithuanian: clear, structured, and accurate.
• You are interested in SEO, content marketing, or digital communication.
• You can write regularly and meet deadlines.

You will analyze how game mechanics such as XP, levels, achievements, and leaderboards can be applied to learning in Edukamentas. This is a research and design internship with product work: framing ideas, building arguments, and describing possible solutions.

What you will do

• Analyze engagement mechanics in popular games: progress, rewards, social loops, and streaks.
• Prepare structured proposals for adapting game mechanics to an educational context.
• Work with the product and IT teams on integrating new gamification features.
• Test and evaluate the effectiveness of current game-like elements such as XP, levels, and streaks.
• Research which game-like elements work with our audience of grade 9-12 students.

Who should apply

• You play games and can analytically explain why they work, beyond personal taste.
• You study game design, IT, psychology, UX, or education, or have a deep interest in gamification.
• You write in a structured way: proposals must be clear, grounded, and implementable.
• You are interested in how psychology and design can change the learning experience.
