Sysadmin, DevOps, and software engineering
20-45 EUR/hour - contract - rolling selection
We are collecting contacts for projects that need more than server administration: people who also understand product and code. This is a rolling selection. There may not be work immediately, but we want to have the right contacts when a concrete need appears.
If there is a mutual fit, we would discuss part-time or project-based cooperation at an hourly rate. It is important that you can independently diagnose a problem, propose a solution, and implement it at the infrastructure or application level.
Specialists we are looking for
- Server administration, Linux environments, and database optimization
- Cloud infrastructure maintenance such as AWS, GCP, Hetzner, and similar
- DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation
- Backend development with PHP and Node.js
- Frontend work with modern JavaScript and product UI
- Prompting, AI tool integration, and internal workflow automation
- Security audits, penetration testing, and incident prevention
- QA, bug testing, and regression checks across web and mobile environments
- Email infrastructure, deliverability, and technical reliability
Hourly rate: 20-45 EUR/hour before taxes
The rate depends on experience, independence, and task complexity. Amounts are before taxes. We pay for hours actually worked under the contract.
Send a short CV or LinkedIn/GitHub link and tell us where you are strongest: infrastructure, backend, frontend, security, QA, or AI automation.

Content editors and reviewers
Paid per agreed assignment - 40-100 EUR / 4 lessons
Students find it harder to stay focused with only static text content. That is why Edukamentas builds clear, reliable, practice-ready learning material.
Edukamentas is a digital learning tool for students and teachers in grades 9-12. Our goal is to help the next generation find learning methods that fit them and build sustainable study habits.
Compensation
Paid for agreed completed work. Review and correction of 4 lessons: 40-100 EUR depending on scope. Monthly volume is usually 300-750 EUR. We settle monthly or quarterly.
Content creation process
-
1
We prepare the first draft
Using our internal system, we prepare a draft of learning material based on curricula, didactic rules, and sources. This is the starting material you receive for review.
-
2
Our team reviews the draft
The Edukamentas team removes obvious technical, factual, and structural errors so a cleaner version reaches you.
-
3
Final review with a subject expert
You review the learning material as a subject expert. You edit, add, and ensure the final correctness, accuracy, and quality of the material.
The work
- Review lesson texts, tasks, answers, and explanations.
- Edit content by correcting factual errors and wording.
- Mark methodological mismatches such as curriculum alignment, assessment logic, or task fairness for the student.
- Maintain consistency across lessons and topics.
- Mark problems with logic, terminology, task level, or ambiguity.
- Find suitable images for the topic when needed.
- Provide insight into systemic errors or recurring problems.
Work organization
We plan work in stages. Usually we agree on at least 4 lessons for review at once or on 1:1 consultations several weeks ahead. You choose your own working hours.
Contract type
We do not offer an employment contract.
We work under a service agreement or author agreement. Amounts are before taxes. Exact taxes depend on your situation, so it is worth consulting an accountant.
Authorship and confidentiality
Your corrections and texts become part of our product: we receive the economic rights to integrate them into Edukamentas. Authorship remains yours.
Internal documents and student data are confidential. We work with student information only in anonymized form under GDPR.
How compensation grows
We review terms based on work volume, quality, and length of collaboration.
How we begin
- We start with a trial assignment, for example 4 lessons, so both sides can see how the process works.
- If the fit is good, we agree on longer collaboration.
